Hill County Emergency Services District 1 is committed to providing protection of life and property from fire, hazardous materials incidents, accidents, disasters and other emergencies for the conservation of natural resources in Hill County, Texas.

During the next 5-year period of this strategic plan to develop a better trained, equipped fire and safety program that is capable of supporting the growth and complexities facing Hill County, Texas currently and in the future.
